  Best customer service I've experienced from a cell phone company so far. Went in for new service and we were greeted promptly. Stephany was excellent. She explained everything so we could understand. She's an amazing asset to that store. Was very clear about what we were getting so we wouldn't be surprised. Got my first bill already, I expected it. Definitely cheaper than my previous provider. No surprises, was what she said it would be give or take a few bucks. I will be going back to see her to make my future purchases.

  Pushed me to buy cellphone case and screen protector and told me it will only cost about $5. When i got my phone bill, it shows Im paying more than $70 for the two items over 24 months. The two items would have cost me $20 on Amazon. The sales rep did not tell me the REAl total cost of the 2 items. DO NOT BUY any accessories from this store..
