  Terrible customer service . After 7pm they answer the phone as if they aren't at a professional establishment. They need to get a manager at night. Just spoke to Ramiro/Rolando and he answer with a hello and then stayed quiet. I had to ask a few times if this was the sprint store. He's like yeah. Nothing else.. I asked if my phones had arrived he said I dont know ummm come tomorrow they can help you. Sprint needs to train their employees or get rid of them.
