Did not clearly explain leasing options, as well as lying about how the leasing works and claiming they have brand new TVs when they are all either refurbished or used, after calling the leasing company they use it was confirmed that none of what they told me is how it works and I almost would have had to pay $600-$1000 over price (which as everyone knows I can could a BRAND NEW tv for. I would NOT recommend doing business here nor will I return for business.

Purchased a 55 inch TCL Smart TV, only lasted me two days. The day I purchased it, they took it out of the box because they said it would fit better in my small car. They placed the TV on a dolly and placed it in my car. I came home set it up and started enjoying my new TV. The next day while watching HBO, the screen went black and that's when I noticed the TV had a dent on the bottom left corner. The screen would flicker and never got a good image. The dent itself looks like it happened during shipping, as in my possession that TV has never been affected or hit by anything. I was told to bring it to the store to see if it could be exchanged or fixed. There I was told I would hear from them on Wednesday. I had to call to ask about my TV and the rep told me they were going to send it in for repair. Not 5 mins later, they call me back telling me my TV is a loss and that it won't be fixed. When I asked to get my TV back the rep had to ask his boss if it was ok for me to get my TV back. I paid $350 for a TV that only lasted me two days! I came here to save $75 from the Walmart price. I definitely regret that decision! Better stick to your known retailers that honor there exchange and repair policies.
