  No lines at this location, which is nice but I've had mixed results with customer service. One time I went while one crew was there and they were all really nice, friendly, and helpful. The next day, new crew, and the supervisor and employee working there were very rude, unfriendly, and unwelcoming. They actually started talking trash about another customer that just left right in front of me. I can only assume they did the same thing when I left, even though my returns were justified and it was only $40 out of a $250 order, one of many I have many for the past 10 years. The store manager (Rico?) has always been really nice and cool with me but at least one of the supervisors is really unprofessional. All of the employees at the Highland location are really friendly so I'll just try and go there when I get the chance.
